ROTA Group – as in the WIRE 2022 edition – doubles its presence at the exhibition with a VARO stand (HALL 17 – STAND D13) and an OMCG stand (HALL 9 – STAND A26).
VARO will present two machine models that have contributed to VARO’s international success: TRF & SARG
TRF is the machine that over the years has redefined the standards for wire straighteners thanks to its reliability, the optional extras that can be applied and, above all, its excellent value for money.
SARG combines simple construction and high productivity without renouncing the feature that has made the SARG family famous: a fast machine set-up that has allowed SARG to become a real reference in its category.
During WIRE – Dusseldorf 2024 – VARO will be exhibiting the latest development of the SARG 1800. This new version enables high production performance to be achieved thanks to a significant increase in welding speed while maintaining the same reliability as always.
Tradition and innovation in wire processing: the application of new technologies to ensure an even better and faster service.
At the VARO stand – in cooperation with Exvirience – the new frontier in Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality services applied to VARO machines will be presented.
Through the use of these technologies VARO will be able to provide new solutions for different customer services:
– Staff training with immersive, detailed and easily understandable training;
– Remote assistance in augmented reality, with VARO operator intervention to guide each phase of operations;
– Virtual installation of the machine at the production site, to assess its correct positioning and have a real perception of the machine footprint and occupied space.
