Augmented reality becomes a tool to support technical assistance for troubleshooting and training activities: a direct connection with Varo technicians to intervene in real time and precisely guide the operator intervention on the machine.
An integrated and archived chat also supports augmented reality services by keeping track of requests and responses provided.

Production data of the Varo machine are collected and communicated through the app at the end of the shift, so as to provide a detailed report of the activity carried out by the specific Varo machine during the specific work shift. In real time, notifications are also sent to the app relating to alarms and machine downtimes, with the possibility of analyzing the history of events in detail, so as to have constant control of production, from anywhere in the world.
The real-time monitoring of the production machines allows to collect data that are displayed in a simple and intuitive way, in this way the Varo customer has an active and fully autonomous involvement in the decision-making processes to make changes and adjustments directly on the plants.
