In VARO, we believe in the value of training and in the role that companies can play in the development of young talent.
For this reason, through the initiative VARO for young, we regularly welcome students from local institutions such as the P.A. Fiocchi Institute, IIS Badoni, C.F.P. Aldo Moro, and local ITS, offering them concrete and personalized training paths within our company.
Each student is placed in the department most aligned with their background and interests, experiencing a journey that is useful and consistent with their studies.

They are always supported by a dedicated tutor, a key figure who assists them throughout the process, with the goal of passing on technical skills, methodology, and passion for their work.

The VARO for young initiative was created to bridge the gap between the world of education and the world of work, offering young people a growth path that combines theory and practice.
Training means investing in the future. And we at VARO do this every day, starting with people. 💙
