VARO ‘s TRF is a state-of-the-art wire straightening and cutting machine designed to ensure high processing speed without compromising accuracy. TRF Ø 8 mm: Wire diameter 1.5 – 8 mm, minimum wire length 100 mm, accuracy ± 0.1 mm, maximum speed 120 m/min, installed power 16 kW.
TRF Ø 12 mm: Wire diameter 3 – 12 mm, minimum wire length 150 mm, accuracy ± 0.1 mm, maximum speed 120 m/min, installed power 22 kW.
Additionally, the TRF can be equipped with a deburring unit, available with either an abrasive belt or a chip removal system. This optional accessory allows for the rapid production of pre-cut chamfered bars, particularly useful in the household appliance sector. The ability to customize the machine with dedicated accessories enhances its flexibility, making it suitable for various production needs.
