The new welding machine designed by VARO makes a further advance in the direction of maximum flexibility in production and reduction of setting times.
The latest creation of VARO, the new SARG4.0 – 1800 saw the introduction of numerous mechanical and electronic improvements, all aimed at greater production flexibility, greater usability, easier and quicker in settings.
The machine is equipped with the latest generation hardware systems interconnected with each other, able of improving the precision, speed and variety of the operations performed, giving the machine also the possibility to communicate remotely.
The performance improvement has been mainly focused towards the speed of job change and machine setting.
There are many relevant innovations of the new SARG 1800, such as the introduction of the concept of a modular template, an electronic setup for changing the longitudinal measurement.
This system allows you to create products with different shapes simply by loading the recipe from the machine and the template is then automatically prepared.
A single operator can perform the machine setting in a real short time and the production of the new mesh can start immediately.
The choice of a single copper bar for the lower electrode further reduces setup times. It allows the operator to change only the upper electrodes, which are positioned on sliding pads with linear guides and equipped with convenient levers for fixing. Electrode placement became quickly and easily.
At the forefront of technology, the new SARG 4.0 provides a large number of relevant information on production and machine status, also available on the free APP “MyVaro”.
The design in 4.0 logic and the components used make the new VARO welding machine completely connected. It becomes possible to have complete diagnostics always at your disposal, even in the APP version, and to perform remote assistance interventions.
