AUTOMATIC AND MANUAL HEAD WELDING MACHINE

For the construction and accessory processing of wire frames, Varo offers great advantages thanks to the ”T” welders differentiated into STE automatic welding machines and STR semi-automatic welders.

In the STR semiautomatic model, automatic loading of the reinforcing wire makes it easier for the operator who only has to place the frame on special jig and unload it when welding is completed.
In case of double or triple reinforcement, any frame shifting will be done manually on definitive references.

Butt (T) welding occurs simultaneously at both ends with independent pneumatic heads (presence of two transformers), resulting in faster machine cycle times.

In the automatic STE model, on the other hand, the process is fully automated, feeding only the frame loader and rod loader.
