The system is extremely versatile, modernly conceived and suitable for a large production of meshes with low management costs. The main qualities of this highly productive machine are its up-to-date design, its practical use and its extremely simple adjustment, thanks to electronic programming. It can automatically weld meshes or grids, even with irregular shapes and non-uniform distances between the different cross wires.

In fact, the loading device can be programmed so as to realize a regular or differentiated step.
It is possible to manufacture panels with different shapes and sizes and grids with frames, by placing a variable number of loaders in the machine loading area.
On request, we can also supply – separately – options on the in-line lateral trimming, the frame loading, the motorized unloading and the mesh length.
