For over forty-five years, at VARO we have been designing and manufacturing wire processing machines, with a special focus on automatic and semiautomatic welding machines. Our goal is simple but ambitious: to provide reliable, flexible, high-performance solutions that truly fit our customers’ production needs.
When we develop a welding machine, we don’t just build a piece of equipment. We bring to the table our experience, the ability to listen and the desire to innovate. Whether it’s fully automatic systems or semiautomatic solutions, our approach remains the same: design with the people who use the machines every day in mind.
The automatic welding machines we design are ideal for high-volume production, ensuring high productivity and precision. An example is the SAR, which is used for the production of meshes with irregular shapes and variable center distances.
Semi-automatic welding machines offer greater flexibility, perfect for small batches and variable production. An example is the S-2D-A/R, which allows identical or different grids to be produced simultaneously.
We don’t just sell machinery, but custom-designed solutions. Every piece of equipment that leaves our workshop is the result of a shared effort, sewn on to those who will use it. We also offer technical support and after-sales service to ensure that each machine continues to perform at its best over time.
