Robotized working isle

THE ROBOTIC WORKING ISLAND stands out for its wide range of applications and for its easy handling. The metal wire and / or sheet metal parts are loaded manually by the operator inside one of the two dedicated containment templates. Once the manual loading operation is finished, the operator will give consent to the manipulator for the execution of the automatic welding cycle, which will take place by means of Varo manufacturing column spot welders.

At the end of the welding cycle, the manipulator will deposit the template to allow the operator to manually unload the finished piece, while the second (previously loaded) template will be picked up by the manipulator to continue the cycle. The double template system allows optimal use of the machine and minimizes downtime. Furthermore, thanks to the intuitive form of programming, each new configuration is guaranteed quickly.
